Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or relevant supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts for direct materials.
• Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
• Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Exposure to global sourcing and international supplier management.
• Experience developing or implementing procurement analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across commodity and specialty chemicals, and packaging.
• Lead supplier negotiations for agreements, volume incentives, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive measurable cost savings and margin improvements through sourcing processes.
• Build and maintain executive-level supplier relationships for enhanced collaboration and innovation.
• Implement supplier scorecards and performance metrics for accountability.
• Develop cost models considering raw materials, freight, packaging, and duties.
• Monitor commodity markets and industry dynamics affecting key inputs and sourcing opportunities.
• Own sourcing analytics and reporting utilizing the ERP system.
