Lead Federal Marketing with Impact and Purpose

Quantifind is at the forefront of AI-driven risk intelligence, helping U.S. government agencies detect and disrupt illicit finance, national security threats, and supply chain vulnerabilities. Financial institutions and federal partners alike trust us-and now we're looking for a high-impact Director of Federal Marketing to expand our reach across civilian and defense sectors.

This is a senior position for a bold, confident, and strategic marketer who knows how to turn complex technologies into value propositions that resonate with government buyers and mission owners. You'll lead the go-to-market strategy, drive demand, shape messaging, and help federal stakeholders understand how Quantifind enables faster, more accurate, and scalable risk intelligence.

About the Role

As Director of Federal Solutions Marketing, you'll take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for Quantifind's public sector offerings. You will partner closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver campaigns that elevate our presence across agencies and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of Quantifind's federal go-to-market strategy across U.S. civilian and defense agencies.
  • Align marketing priorities with agency missions and pain points around national security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Create persona-based strategies targeting open-source intelligence analysts, procurement officers, mission owners, and compliance leads.
  • Partner with sales, product, and BD to align campaign messaging with pipeline goals and field readiness.

Messaging and Thought Leadership
  • Own the federal messaging architecture, ensuring consistent, differentiated value positioning across all channels.
  • Craft compelling narratives, solution briefs, pitch decks, and executive communications that resonate with both technical and mission-aligned audiences.
  • Serve as a public-facing spokesperson-speaking at industry events, webinars, and working groups to represent Quantifind's value in a credible and engaging voice.

Campaign Execution and Demand Generation
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand across key government accounts.
  • Lead content strategy and collaborate on campaign assets, including webinars, white papers, use cases, and customer stories.
  • Leverage digital marketing and ABM strategies to reach priority agencies with precision and relevance.
  • Work with external media, publications, and federal marketing channels to amplify reach.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Positioning
  • Monitor government policy shifts, procurement cycles, and compliance requirements that impact agency priorities and risk posture.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape in public sector AI, risk analytics, and investigative software.
  • Translate market shifts into actionable insights that inform campaign pivots and sales enablement.

You are a strategic thinker, active thought leader on social media channels, and a tactical executor-energized by mission, motivated by impact, and experienced in the nuances of public sector marketing. You're ambitious, confident from your past results, and a status-quo smasher.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in solutions marketing, product marketing, or similar roles supporting federal government agencies (civilian and/or defense).
  • Proven success in positioning and marketing AI, analytics, risk, compliance, or investigative software to public sector audiences.
  • Strong grasp of government procurement cycles, contracting vehicles, and funding landscapes.
  • Outstanding content development skills-from value propositions to technical collateral to public-facing narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute campaigns for the public sector audiences successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with federal sales, BD, and product teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance is a plus.
