If you want to use your leadership expertise to deliver daily, sustainable, and consistent care for the children and families who matter most to Bierman's mission, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Director of Services who can accelerate client success across their assigned region. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will provide leadership, performance management, and data-driven guidance to your team of Practice Managers and Clinical Directors. Think of yourself as an organizational anchor: the work you do directly drives regional growth, ensures ethical clinical practices, and raises the bar for service delivery across our centers.

If you're a highly motivated, naturally curious senior leader who is energized by the opportunity to shape culture and manage complex clinical and financial operations, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

You're a Great Fit if You Have:
  • Multi-Site Leadership Depth: Proven expertise managing large, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple healthcare centers.
  • A Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical instincts with a comfort using KPIs and center-specific trends to formulate strategies and targeted action plans.
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Experience building annual budgets, balancing labor ratios, and executing regional growth strategies.
  • An Adaptable Player/Coach Style: The natural drive to take initiative, motivate staff, and model the company's Core Values while rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Tact and Diplomacy: Exceptional patience and communication skills to navigate difficult conversations and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Genuine Excitement About Our Mission: A passion for early intervention, a love for working with children, and an unwavering commitment to keeping client focus at the core of your work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Regional Operations & Team Leadership (50%)

You will lead the operational and culture-building engine of your region, maintaining high standards of accountability and professional growth.
  • Direct Leadership & Accountability: Supervise, mentor, and establish performance metrics for Practice Managers and Clinical Directors within your assigned region.
  • People Development: Actively build bench strength by creating internal career progression paths, fostering employee growth, and enhancing retention.
  • Culture Cultivation: Uphold the company's core values, cultivating a center environment anchored in integrity, creativity, respect, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate workforce planning, hiring needs, and strategic staffing ratios.
  • Process Governance: Ensure all operational processes and administrative workflows are executed effectively, with integrity, and in full alignment with company standards.

Clinical Excellence & Data-Driven Performance (30%)

You will partner with internal clinical experts to ensure our care delivery is sustainable, ethical, and top-tier.
  • Clinical Excellence Partnership: Partner with the Director of Clinical Excellence (DCE) and the Clinical Training Team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and team skill development.
  • KPI Strategy & Execution: Monitor and report on key operational metrics, using data trends to design and execute center-specific improvement plans.
  • Ethical Compliance: Safeguard clinical quality and ensure that all child programming remains ethical, appropriately individualized, and delivered with absolute integrity.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Enforce the timely, compliant completion of clinical and operational documentation across your designated centers.

Financial Management & Strategic Growth (20%)

You will extend your leadership to manage regional sustainability, fiscal health, and broader community presence.
  • Budgeting & Fiscal Health: Collaborate with the EVP of Operations and the Finance team to construct and manage realistic annual budgets.
  • Cost-Effective Operations: Monitor ongoing financial performance, optimizing center resource allocation to drive sustainable, cost-effective regional metrics.
  • Matrix Collaboration: Work dynamically across teams and functions to support smooth project tracking, cross-functional strategic alignment, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Community & Stakeholder Relations: Foster deep, meaningful relationships with client parents, external healthcare providers, and local communities

  • Execution Style: High motivation, flexibility, patience, and a proven track record of timely execution even in the face of setbacks.
  • Tools: General proficiency across administrative systems, productivity tools, and business metrics platforms.

Preferred (but not required!):
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
