As a champion of the brand and its values, the Director of Security ensures that every safety and security interaction reflects the highest standards of care, judgment, and service.
  • Assumes a leadership role in multi-faceted security programs with a focus on protecting company assets. Develops and implements a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant risk events.

  • At least five years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, residential security, safety, or loss prevention, including two years leading teams; prior Director of Security experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and de-escalation skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations and prepare clear, objective incident reports.

  • CPP, CFE, and/or CLSD accreditation is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays are required. CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certification-or the ability to obtain it within 90 days-is also required.
  • If required based on assigned duties, must hold or obtain a valid Texas DPS Non-Commissioned Security Officer license, including Level II training. This is an unarmed position and does not authorize carrying a firearm.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
