Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director, North America to lead our commercial strategy in a key, fast-growing region. The senior leader will build strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth. Focus areas include developing high-performing teams and expanding Mowi's market presence across retail, foodservice, and value-added channels. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of Mowi's commercial success in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the U.S. and Canada in alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the North American sales organization, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Drive revenue and margin growth across retail, foodservice, and value-added product categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
  • Represent Mowi Markets USA & Canada at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
