Director of Sales

Job Summary:
The Director of Sales will lead commercial growth for PSC Group Chemical Solutions by developing and executing a disciplined sales strategy across our Fill, Store, Ship platform and identifying opportunities to expand our capabilities into new services and markets. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, pricing strategy development and implementation, and cross-selling opportunities across PSC's broader portfolio. The Director will also support business development for transloading services across PSC's rail terminal network while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for developing a team of Account Managers and Sales Support while remaining personally engaged in major opportunities and strategic customer relationships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build and execute a three-year sales strategy to deliver topline growth from existing customers via increased share-of-wallet, new customer acquisition, and opportunistic market pricing initiatives.
• Identify new geographies, end markets, services, and business development opportunities
• Support business development efforts for transloading services across PSC's rail terminal network
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and an Administrator
• Establish and maintain a structured sales process, including pipeline management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry partners
• Lead major sales opportunities, complex contract negotiations, and strategic customer relationships
• Support business strategy by providing executive briefings focused on market and customer insights
• Partner with operations and internal teams to support customer needs and profitable business growth
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Establish sales goals and drive accountability for team performance

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management
• Strong understanding of industrial markets and experience with contract packaging, warehousing, transloading, or similar services
• Established industry network and proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to sales execution
• Experience managing complex, high-value sales opportunities and customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and executive leadership
• Ability to travel approximately 10%-20%
