The Gig
As Director of Sales, you're the person who turns "maybe someday" into signed contracts and booked rooms. You'll own the sales strategy for our hotel, build a healthy pipeline, and keep revenue moving in the right direction-without losing the plot (or your sense of humor).
Key responsibilities:
- Set and execute a sales plan across key segments (corporate, group, SMERF, etc.)
- Prospect, negotiate, and close new business while growing existing accounts
- Partner with revenue management and operations to align pricing, inventory, and guest expectations
- Track performance, forecast accurately, and report results with clear next steps
- Represent the property at networking events and industry functions
What you bring:
- Proven hotel sales leadership experience with measurable wins
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Comfort with CRM tools, forecasting, and goal-driven work
If you like chasing smart targets and celebrating real results, apply and let's talk.
The Good Stuff
Medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you feeling your best (and seeing the fine print). Plus Paid Time Off-because even sales legends need a reset button.
A Day, Unscripted
You'll start by scanning what came in overnight-new inquiries, hot leads, and any moving parts that need a quick nudge. Mid-morning is for conversations: a client call that turns into a site tour, a check-in with teammates on what's coming down the calendar, and a few well-timed follow-ups.
After lunch, you're out in the world (or on a screen): networking, keeping relationships warm, and staying visible in the market. Late afternoon is your "tighten the bolts" window-updating notes, lining up tomorrow's priorities, and making sure nothing promising slips through the cracks.
