Job DescriptionWe are expanding our commercial engine and seeking Director of Sales to build pipeline, close high-value MSP agreements, and scale adoption of our Falls Prevention technology.
The Director of Sales is a senior, full-funnel operator responsible for:
- Driving new revenue across MSP and product lines
- Building a repeatable outbound and partner-driven pipeline
- Leading complex enterprise deals
- Serving as a visible commercial leader as ThriveWell Tech scales
Key Responsibilities include:Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership- Build and execute outbound strategy targeting senior living, post-acute, and healthcare organizations.
- Assist in development of ICPs and tailored messaging
- Establish partnership motions with EMR vendors, regional associations, and healthcare networks.
- Maintain forecasting discipline, pipeline analytics, and win-loss insights.
MSP (Managed Services) Sales- Own the MSP deal cycle: discovery, solution shaping, proposal, pricing, and contracting.
- Sell across cloud, security, service desk, endpoints, data, and network services.
- Translate technical capabilities into operational and financial outcomes for clients.
- Build executive-level relationships and convert pilot engagements into multi-year managed service contracts.
Falls Prediction &Product Sales- Lead sales of ThriveWell Tech's AI-driven Falls Prevention platform, including demos, proof-of-value cycles, and ROI modeling.
- Clearly articulate clinical, operational, and financial impact around fall reduction and safety outcomes.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (Clinical, IT, Operations, Compliance).
- Drive pilot-to-enterprise expansions across multi-campus organizations.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 7-12+ years of B2B sales experience, including MSP/Managed Services and SaaS/analytics/AI solutions.
- Direct selling experience in healthcare, senior living, or post-acute environments.
- Track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with multi-stakeholder decision groups.
- Strong fluency in data security, EMR/EHR landscapes, and HIPAA/BAA requirements.
- Ability to run executive conversations and value engineering independently.
- CRM and sales operations rigor (Pipedrive).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience selling technology tied to clinical risk, quality, safety, or operational outcomes.
- Familiarity with PointClickCare, myUnity, MatrixCare, or similar EMR ecosystems.
- Prior experience building outbound teams, channels, or regional sales playbooks.
