Full Job Description
Job Summary

The purpose of the Safety and Safe Schools Department is to provide a multi-level safety and climate support system across the District to promote the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community. The Director provides districtwide leadership for school safety, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and recovery. This position develops and oversees safety and emergency plans, leads training and preparedness exercises, supports schools during critical incidents, and builds partnerships with law enforcement, emergency responders, and community agencies. The Director also serves as the District's Title IX Coordinator for students. Please view the job description for additional information regarding the responsibilities for this position.
