Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a Rooms Division of a similar-sized property.
• Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and operating analysis preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to mentor managers-in-training.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining professionalism with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of Rooms Operations, focusing on Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Loss Prevention.
• Monitor and ensure that Loss Prevention tasks are executed effectively by the Security manager.
• Enforce discipline and provide guidance to Security personnel in coordination with the Security manager.
• Conduct thorough investigations and reports on incidents like thefts and accidents involving guests and staff.
• Maintain luxury standards in lobby and common areas for an optimal guest experience.
• Analyze service issues to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Improve associate satisfaction metrics through low turnover rates and high promotion-from-within.
• Control payroll and direct expenses in alignment with budget and business levels using corporate systems.
• Engage in weekly forecasting and scheduling discussions to optimize operations.
• Support Director of Finance during the Rooms Division's annual budget preparation.
