Full Job Description
A Day in the Life As our Director of Retail for Kiehl's Canada, you will lead the strategic performance, expansion, and outstanding customer experience of our boutiques.
  • Commercial Performance: Drive sales strategy, commercial forecasting, and analyze retail KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dispersed field team to recruit and retain top boutique talent.
  • Retail Development: Manage boutique footprints and lease negotiations with legal and Odyssey Retail partners.
  • Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee inventory, cash handling, and boutique standards with the Operations Manager.


We Are Looking For You are a highly experienced retail leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong expertise in luxury retail management and lease negotiations.
  • Analytical fluency in Power BI and Gold Retail Insights.
  • A Class G driver's license and willingness to travel.
