Description
Location: Long Beach, CA
Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 (DOE) + Annual Bonus
Position Type: Full-time | Exempt - Onsite
What You'll Be Responsible For- Oversee the operational and financial performance of a commercial portfolio
- Partner with ownership groups and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
- Manage CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support tenant relations, retention efforts, and lease execution
- Coordinate capital improvements and property enhancement projects
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and site-level teams
- Conduct regular property visits across LA & OC
- Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for reporting and financial tracking
- Collaborate on leasing strategy and occupancy growth initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in "commercial" property management (retail + industrial required)
- Strong experience with CAM reconciliations + lease administration
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple assets
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial)
- Experience in driving leasing performance, tenant mix strategy, and vacancy reduction
- Ability to think strategically around marketing, positioning, and asset competitiveness in the market
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Based in or willing to travel across LA & OC
Bonus:- CPM, RPA, or Real Estate License
- Experience collaborating with brokers, leasing teams, or executing lease-up strategies
