As the property enters a critical phase of growth and activation, we are seeking a Task Force Director of Residences and Memberships to establish the foundation, systems, and service culture that will support long-term success.
This interim leadership assignment is designed to help launch and operationalize the residences and membership function prior to the placement of a permanent Director. The Task Force Director will serve as a visible, hands-on leader responsible for developing the homeowner and member experience, creating operational standards, implementing programs and processes, and ensuring readiness for ongoing operations.
The ideal candidate brings experience launching luxury residential, resort, club, or membership-based operations and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution. This role will partner closely with ownership, resort leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to establish a best-in-class foundation for homeowner and member engagement.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications- 7+ years of leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs, resort residential communities, branded residences, or membership organizations.
- Proven success launching new operations, properties, clubs, or guest/member experience programs.
- Strong project management, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, teams, and service standards from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a highly visible, hands-on interim leadership role.
