Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA certification for SLP.
• Prior experience in rehabilitation leadership, management, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong background in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long-term care, or post-acute care is highly favored.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedicated to patient-centered care and achieving clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Lead and support therapy staff in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and company standards.
• Monitor productivity, scheduling, and clinical performance metrics.
• Promote high-quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Mentor therapists and assistants, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and facility leadership activities.
