Director of Rehabilitation, DOR Morgan Hill Healthcare Center Address: 530 W Dunne Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037, USA Be Part of Our Leadership Team Full-Time Pay Ranges: (Based on Experience) Bonus for Full-Time Position: $4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus (Limited Time Offer) We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as Director of Rehabilitation. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation program, mentoring a multidisciplinary therapy team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Reporting: This position collaborates closely with facility leadership, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and operational performance.
