This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation program, mentoring a multidisciplinary therapy team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Reporting: This position collaborates closely with facility leadership, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and operational performance.
