Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, and alternative payment model guidelines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care while leading a therapy team.
• Proactive, compassionate, and driven to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program for the facility.
• Coordinate staffing levels and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to patients, clients, and team members.
• Deliver direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT, OT, or SLP).
• Monitor compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Evaluate and mentor team members while ensuring proper documentation standards.
• Support marketing and performance improvement initiatives.
