We are looking for an experienced and dynamic therapist to join our team as the Director of Rehabilitation. The Director of Rehabilitation candidate should be an enthusiastic and motivated collaborator who is focused on operational excellence and resident clinical outcomes. Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities

As the Director of Rehabilitation at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role with rehabilitation department operations, compliance, and the care of our residents. You are responsible for your team providing the highest quality of Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, and Speech Therapy to meet the needs of our residents. You are conscientious and organized about keeping all records up to date and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures. Using your excellent leadership and mentorship skills, you will manage all the rehab department staff and participate on the facility interdisciplinary team. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members. Making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and families brings you a great deal of satisfaction.

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements
• Valid Florida professional license as a PT/OT/SLP/PTA/OTA
• 3-5 years' experience as DOR in SNF setting.
• Must have a degree from an accredited program in PT, OT, or ST.
• Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and case management.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
