Join our team as a Director of Rehabilitation Operations serving as a key enterprise leader, shaping the strategy, performance, and clinical excellence of rehabilitation services across all service lines. This role drives high-impact outcomes by aligning operations with organizational goals, ensuring regulatory readiness, and elevating care quality. With accountability for financial performance and program consistency, the Director partners closely with clinical and executive teams to optimize service delivery, standardize best practices, and position rehabilitation services for sustained growth and innovation.
Compensation: $125-155k per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus How you will make an impact- Serve as a regulatory, clinical and operational resource.
- Direct the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of priorities and the overall Rehab program. Contribute to strategies that drive clinical, financial and service excellence.
- Direct the quality and program standards provided by contract rehab agencies to ensure alignment with the mission and values of Erickson. Evaluate performance through data analysis, site visits, audits, and outcome reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring accountability for results.
- Perform validation audits and develop action plans to maintain the integrity and reliability of quarterly compliance reviews. Follow up based on any compliance concerns and identify trends in areas that require further education as needed for Rehab.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable as needed to enhance the reimbursement process to include issues that impact aging accounts, denials and overall management of reimbursement changes.
- Identify the need for new or revised policies, procedures and programs as needed to maintain and/or enhance the program.
What you will need - Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with adults in the rehab profession and at least 3 years of management experience required.
- Current professional license specific to your discipline
- Must be clinically proficient to evaluate, educate, train staff to assure a high level of skilled capabilities in the rehab areas for geriatric services at all levels of care (Skilled, HC, OP).
- Excellent communication skills, for instructing staff and presenting verbal/written information to management within the community is essential
