Director of Rehab- Therapy DORAs a Director of Rehab at The Springs of John Barrow, you will be responsible for leading our rehabilitation team to provide exceptional care and services to our residents. Our mission is to strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the rehabilitation team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation goals and develop individualized plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to continuously improve rehabilitation services
Requirements:- Director of Rehab DOR experience in a long-term care setting
- Arkansas license in Occupational Therapy or OTA, Physical Therapy or PTA, or Speech-Language Pathology
