Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of recruiting experience required, with high-volume experience as a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
• 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiting managers and recruiters across multiple states.
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with regional senior leadership to provide direction and support.
• Own the candidate experience and interview processes across all regional departments.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals and candidate pipelines while providing training.
• Forecast and report on recruiting metrics and staffing needs.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable for goals and performance.
