Director of Quality Delivery Location: Falls Church, VA
Director of Quality DeliveryOur hyper focus on accuracy and productivity are what set Enabled Intelligence apart. The Director of Quality Delivery will oversee the quality control, quality assurance and quality training strategy for all projects across the company to optimize the success of projects. Utilizing the Enabled Intelligence in-house metrics platform, the Director of Quality Delivery will collaborate with Project Managers, Team Supervisors, and the quality assurance team to analyze quality and productivity metrics for each project to identify problem areas and ensure optimal end results for our clients. The Director of Quality Delivery will manage a team of 30+ Quality Control Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts/SMEs.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the overall Enabled Intelligence quality assurance strategy
- Manage team of 30+ Quality Control Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts/SMEs
- Collaborate with Project Managers to appropriately staff projects with QC/QA analysts based on skill set and availability
- Train QC and QA Analysts on reviewing and correcting program deliverables to ensure high quality end results.
- Monitor the entire production workflow to ensure that pipelines are optimized
- Manage and continuously improve Enabled Intelligence's program performance metrics system (EnkI Insights) to allow teams to monitor performance metrics including identifying and implementing recommended improvements to metrics, metrics data collection, metrics analysis, and how metrics can be used to assess program, annotator, and quality analyst performance
- Collaborate with Project Managers and team supervisors to identify root causes of performance issues and provide paths for improvement through SME and trainer support to ensure 95% accuracy rate before project delivery to customers
Required Qualifications and Skills- Minimum 5 years experience overseeing quality of projects
- Experience in analyzing high-volume production and identifying workflow improvements in throughput and quality
- Ability to take initiative, ownership and problem solve in a dynamic environment
- Strong writing, presentation, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills, especially in review of statistical data
- Ability to work with a team of people with unique communication, learning and working styles in a supportive environment focused on setting individuals up for success
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
Desired Qualifications and Skills- Active TS-SCI Clearance
- Experience with imagery analysis of EO, IR, or SAR geospatial imagery and FMV
- Previous experience working with the U.S. government within DOD or IC
- Previous experience in analytical roles using additional forms of data including signals, text, audio, foreign language, unique military and intelligence data, and various forms of imagery
- Experience in program management, team leadership, and/or data analysis
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Clearance & Background Check - Applicants selected will be subject to a background investigation. Active Top Secret clearance required
Work Location - Enabled Intelligence offices in Falls Church, VA with occasional travel to company and client offices in the National Capital Region and St. Louis, MO.
