Director of Programs Job SummaryWe are seeking a Director of Programs to oversee and lead program operations within our California division. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and measurable program outcomes within a healthcare or human services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day program operations and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with California state regulations and company standards
- Drive program performance, quality improvement, and client outcomes
- Supervise and support program staff and team development
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy and program effectiveness
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance tracking
- May carry a caseload based on program needs
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred for some programs)
- 1-3+ years of leadership or program management experience
- Ability to physically pass CPR certifications required
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
- Knowledge of California regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform routine tasks
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and travel between sites

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalency for credited coursework and experience
- 3 total years of experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled clients required
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff and stakeholders towards a common vision
- Valid Driver's License
