As the Director of Product on the Quality Optimization team, part of the Value Connect Platform you will help drive Product strategy, execution to deliver product capabilities to our Payer customers enabling NCQA Health Plan Ratings (with HEDIS® at the core), CMS Stars, the CMS Quality Rating System (QRS), to drive accuracy, compliance, and measurable year round performance improvement. Along with driving VBC success across all lines of business with a key focus on CMS Stars, MSSP, ACO REACH (Lead), MIPS, and client and state specific VBC quality programs, combining unified measurement across standard, configurable analytics, and integrated workflows to deliver consistent, measurable improvement for our Provider & ACO customers.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Drive showcase and align on product vision, go-to-market strategy & roadmap(3YP) and portfolio level across teams with a Tech forward AI focused approach
- Manages the products across the entire PDLC
- Manages ongoing product performance, metrics, enhancements, financial health, and end-of-life decisions as appropriate
- Understands and evaluates enterprise-wide assets as portfolio expansions to improve the competitive position and drive customer value
- Demonstrates systems thinking and can readily identify downstream impacts of decisions and proactively construe alternatives
- Serves as the product champion and subject matter expert for the business and sales partners
- Empowers, leads and manages product teams
- Acts as primary steward to drive informed decisions that generate revenue and growth while protecting operating expenses
- Owns Go to market material update
- Supports Compliance, Privacy, Legal Product submissions
- Contributes to client communication

Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Product Management experience, owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- 7+ years of HEDIS measures Expertise
- 7+ years of CMS Stars program Expertise
- 5+ years of Retrieval & Abstraction expertise
- 5+ years of People Management experience
- 4+ years of MSSP/ACO REACH expertise
- 4+ years of Value based care program expertise
- Experience supporting NCQA Health Plan Ratings
Preferred Qualifications:- 3+ years of AI/ML experience
- 3+ years of EMR Interoperability experience
- New Product build experience from scratch

The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
