Job Summary

  • Develop and implement company-wide procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish sourcing plans for electrical materials, equipment, subcontracted services, and indirect spend categories.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve purchasing processes, and increase supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead procurement forecasting and long-term material planning efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements, rebates, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee purchasing activities for all company locations, divisions, and projects.
  • Collaborate with project management, estimating, operations, finance, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor purchasing trends, material cost fluctuations, and market conditions.
  • Develop annual savings targets and track procurement performance against goals.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare executive reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives.
