Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Join our creative team as the Director of Photography (DP), where you'll play a key role in shaping the visual style and quality of studio and on-location productions. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other talented professionals to bring ideas to life, ensuring every project looks its best from start to finish.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all aspects of cinematography, including lighting, camera operation, and shot composition to create a cohesive visual style
  • Work side-by-side with the Director and creative team to design and execute the visual aesthetic for each project
  • Lead and inspire the lighting team, providing both technical direction and mentorship
  • Support a range of shoots-in-studio, remote, and on location-and help troubleshoot any on-set issues
  • Offer technical guidance to remote productions, assisting crews virtually when needed
  • Prep, load, and manage camera and lighting equipment for shoots, ensuring everything is accounted for in the studio and on the road
  • Partner with Studio Leads to keep equipment inventories current and plan for any needed equipment rentals
  • Stay on the cutting edge by testing out the latest camera and production technologies
  • Partner with production and editorial teams to continually improve setup and workflow on set
