Director of Pharmacy Position: Full-Time
Salary: $187,000-$210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Richmond, CA
About the Role: We're hiring a Director of Pharmacy to oversee two California-based health centers. This position ensures pharmacy operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. The Director will also act as the PIC, lead the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, and manage all 340B Program requirements.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational oversight for pharmacy services
- Serve as PIC and manage licensing and regulatory standards
- Administer the 340B Drug Pricing Program
- Lead formulary and medication safety efforts via the P&T Committee
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate on cost management and patient-centered protocols
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit readiness
Requirements- PharmD or BPharm from an accredited institution
- Active California Pharmacist license
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy practice (FQHC experience preferred)
- 340B Program experience required; PIC experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Spanish-speaking preferred
