Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management role.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Preferred understanding of Food and Beverage financials, including costs and inventory controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Food Handler and TABC certification required.
• Capacity to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine service standards across all outlets.
• Oversee inventory levels of china, silverware, and glassware in coordination with the Food and Beverage Director.
• Manage linen inventory for golf outlets.
• Forecast and maintain adequate uniforms for staff across all outlets.
• Assist managers in developing successful daily menu specials.
• Ensure compliance with corporate F&B policies and front of house operations.
• Develop golf outlet associates through cross-training programs.
• Review purchase requests from Outlet Managers before submission.
• Update beverage inventories and maintain lists accurately.
• Oversee the physical condition of all outlets and related facilities.
• Analyze Outlet Profit & Loss statements and financial data monthly.
• Participate in monthly F&B inventory with various department heads.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct quarterly menu engineering analyses.
• Perform competitive pricing analyses on food and beverage offerings twice a year.
• Implement proper cover count protocols and cashier reconciliation processes.
• Approve weekly schedules to ensure adherence to productivity ratios.
