Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an organizational and talent development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and improve leadership development, management training, and career-pathing programs.
- Lead succession planning and talent reviews to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Partner with various leaders to assess capability gaps and develop solutions.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure high-quality feedback.
- Build scalable learning systems for a dispersed workforce.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate on organizational design and change management efforts.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and refine programs accordingly.
- Manage related budgets, vendors, and external partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent and organizational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in organizational and talent development.
- Experience in leadership roles within complex operational environments.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders effectively.
- Strong instructional design and adult-learning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications- Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CPTD.
