The Opportunity

As Director of Organic Social Media - Software, you'll shape the organic direction of the software business, turning it into one of FICO's sharpest growth engines for brand awareness, industry credibility, executive thought leadership, and pipeline. You will report into the VP of Digital Demand Generation and you'll partner with Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Sponsorship, and Executive Leadership on integrated strategies across product launches, sponsorships, customer stories, and thought leadership, setting the vision and executing it, from content engines to executive profiles. The core mandate: generate leads and pipeline by growing the right followers organically and deepening engagement with our existing audience, translating that engagement into traceable traffic, conversions and pipeline. This position will also include owning and growing our internal executives' presence on LinkedIn and other social channels.

We're AI-first, and you'll be one of FICO's most visible champions for AI-driven social, using tools like Brandwatch and other social listening platforms alongside AI to sharpen audience insight and expand what the function can produce, while continuing the precision and consistency our audiences expect. The ideal candidate brings the creative eye of a content marketer and the analytical rigor of a growth leader: someone who has scaled enterprise organic social programs, elevated executive presence on social, and turned social media into a measurable business asset.

What You'll Contribute
  • Own social channel planning, governance, and a centralized content calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Build integrated strategies around our platform and the use cases and outcomes it supports, product launches, sponsorships, events, regional campaigns and thought leadership, and turn them into repeatable, multi-format content engines.
  • Connect storytelling directly to business growth using account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Champion AI as a core capability: use tools like Brandwatch and other AI and social listening platforms to accelerate content creation, sharpen audience insight, and scale output.
  • Build and manage social programs for internal C-suite and senior software leaders, and grow FICO's developer community presence alongside corporate and executive audiences.
  • Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and reach within our desired target audience
  • Partner with your Scores peer on employee advocacy and sponsorship strategy that serve both sides of the business.
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, SEO/GEO, and Paid Media on a regular cadence to support integrated campaigns and own the measurement framework and KPIs you report to senior leadership.

What We're Seeking
  • 10+ years of proven experience managing social media programs for complex, global organizations, ideally in software or fintech, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • A track record of building strategies around follower growth and engagement, executive thought leadership, and integrated marketing campaigns, with clear ties to business outcomes like pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience building and scaling practitioner and c-suite growth and engagement, with demonstrated success growing followers, engagement, and executive influence organically.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and enterprise social best practices, strong analytics and reporting skills, and experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch.
  • Strong storytelling via video and writing skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, out-of-the-box thinker, comfortable writing copy, building calendars, and running campaigns, with the follow-through to deliver results.

Our Offer to You
  • An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
  • The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.
  • Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.
  • An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $115,500 to $181,500 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
