Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our private practice ENT and Allergy medical clinics. The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, optimizing patient care services, and driving overall practice growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple ENT and Allergy clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage clinic budgets, resources, and expenses, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  • Supervise and support clinic managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to optimize clinical processes, patient scheduling, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote clinic services and programs to the community.
  • Lead initiatives for quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other clinic technologies.
  • Plan and execute clinic expansion projects, including opening new locations and upgrading facilities.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.
