Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations management; behavioral health experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and Indiana state regulations (FSSA and DMHA)
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, including administrative, admissions, and facility management teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Joint Commission
• Manage financial oversight, including budget planning and expense management
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff to foster a positive workplace culture
• Partner with clinical leadership to align operational functions with quality patient care goals
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems and service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, audits, and accreditation surveys
• Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and industry partners
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency
• Support strategic planning initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership
