About the Role

Are you a strategic leader with a proven record in high-level operations management? As our Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AquaSafe's continued success. This senior management position offers strong growth potential and the opportunity to lead multiple layers of management-including Division Managers, Supervisors, Pool Managers, and Facility Staff-while driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols across all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with AquaSafe policies and health authority standards.
  • Oversee staff training on pool safety, chemical handling, and risk management.

Operational Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability.
  • Optimize budgets for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Determine staffing needs and collaborate with HR on recruitment and training.
  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable Division Managers and Service Managers.

Client & Staff Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coach, evaluate, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement.

Brand & Growth Initiatives
  • Represent AquaSafe with professionalism, authority, and enthusiasm.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in senior management within a mid-size company.
  • Direct experience managing three or more layers of staff (Division Managers  Supervisors  Pool Managers  Facility Staff).
  • A natural leader with an authoritative presence who inspires trust, commands respect, and drives accountability.
  • Strong experience in both sales and operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Experience managing multi-location operations is a plus.
