Director of Occupational Health Services to lead the strategic and operational growth of our Occupational Health service line. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a growing, multi-site operation.
As the primary subject matter expert for Occupational Health, you'll own day-to-day performance of the service line, build standardized workflows and processes, and partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Clinical Leadership to support new client implementations and business growth. You will not oversee individual clinics - your focus is the Occupational Health program as a whole, including maintaining a clear picture of capabilities and capacity across IMA locations to support pricing, staffing, and growth decisions.
What You'll Do- Own performance and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health service line
- Build and standardize scalable workflows and SOPs across a multi-site network
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to evaluate new opportunities and support pricing
- Lead implementation of new clients and services from contract award through launch
- Maintain a clinic capability matrix (staffing, equipment, labs, imaging, drug testing, physicals, etc.)
- Track KPIs (volume, revenue, turnaround time, quality, profitability) and report to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and client/regulatory requirements
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Occupational Health, occupational medicine, employer health, or urgent care
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization, developing and implementing operational workflows
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; comfort building reports and dashboards
- Ability to work independently, influence without direct authority, and drive change
This role does not have direct reports initially, with potential to build a team as the service line grows. Training will take place on-site to ensure a strong foundation before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Travel to IMA locations will be required, with frequency dependent on Occupational Health client growth.
