Director of Nursing, Women's & Children's Services to lead clinical excellence, drive operational performance, and inspire high-performing teams in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, champion patient safety and quality outcomes, support caregiver development, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to deliver exceptional care. You'll play an instrumental role in advancing nursing practice while fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required within two years of hire
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably within Women's & Children's Services
- Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Experience in a unionized environment preferred
- Current Washington RN license, or ability to obtain prior to hire
