Director of Nursing & Wellness to guide our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care.
In this role, you'll lead and inspire a clinical team, oversee wellness programs, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You'll have the opportunity to shape the daily experience of our residents, support families, and create a culture where care, compassion, and excellence thrive.
What We're Looking For:- Indiana nursing license with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
