Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, develop, and support nursing leadership and staff
- Monitor staffing, clinical outcomes, documentation, and care standards
- Participate in QAPI, surveys, audits, and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
- Promote staff accountability, retention, and a positive workplace culture
QUALIFICATIONS- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
