Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to carry out direct care to ensure that the highest standard of nursing services is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:- Director of Nursing on the MN State Registry in good standing or the ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant course work and/or complete skills and written competency testing in accordance with regulations and care center policy.
Position Purpose:Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator and Medical Director, to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times.
