Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a patient-centered approach to care
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of staff and materials
- Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on long-term care or rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
