About the Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect. Your expertise will help ensure that our nursing staff is equipped to provide exceptional care to our patients, while also promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
