How Your Days Flow
You'll start by connecting with your team and checking the clinical rhythm of the community-what's changed overnight, what needs attention, and where support will make the biggest difference. Much of your day is relationship-driven: welcoming new residents through intake and assessment, learning their routines and goals, and building trust with families through clear, respectful updates. You'll also spend time coordinating across departments to keep care plans moving smoothly, then pivot to call-rotation needs as they arise. You end the day knowing your leadership helped caregivers feel confident and residents feel at home. The Waters on Mayowood values work/life balance - we have a team of triage call RN's for overnights and weekends and a dedicated staff scheduler.
Coverage That Counts
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus a 401(k) and a Health Savings Account (HSA), generous PTO.
