Qualifications

• Valid RN license with at least 5 years' experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record of meeting state and federal regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• Experienced in teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members.
• Collaborative leader with a strong emphasis on teamwork and positive results.
