Director of Nursing (DON) in Baton Rouge, LA!We9re seeking an experienced, motivated nursing leader to join our administrative team. The DON plays a key role in shaping policy, improving patient care, and leading nursing practices across the facility.
Responsibilities include: - Overseeing all nursing practices and operations
- Participating in strategic planning and hospital decision-making
- Implementing quality improvement and patient care strategies
Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration.
- Two years experience as a director or associate director of a department of nursing.
- Current CPR certification
