What You'll Do:Clinical Leadership That Makes a Difference- Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Ensure safe, ethical, person-centered care that honors each resident's unique needs
- Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight
- Support innovative, evidence-based care practices
- Champion memory care approaches that promote dignity, comfort, and meaningful engagement
Create a Community Where Residents Thrive- Partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Operations teams
- Foster opportunities for connection, purpose, and joy

What We're Looking For:Required- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for residents-centered care and team development
Preferred- Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living
- Memory Care experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive quality outcomes, and foster positive culture
This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and participates in an on-call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.
Applicants must successfully complete all required screenings, including TB testing, in accordance with state regulations.
