Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Nursing will oversee nursing services across residential and community-based programs, ensure adherence to all applicable regulations (DPH, DMH, DDS, DCF, etc.), lead audits, surveys, and accreditation efforts (e.g., CARF), provide training in trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and medication safety as well as support integrated care across behavioral health, developmental services, and housing.
Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
- Minimum of seven years progressive nursing experience, including leadership roles, required.
- Experience in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or community-based care, required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, required.
- Valid Drivers Liense and accepable driving history, required.
