Director of Nursing (Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care)
Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring a Director of Nursing.
You'll lead the nursing department: staffing, clinical quality, and survey readiness. Hands-on role with a team that counts on you.
What you'll do:
- Hire, schedule, coach, and retain nursing staff
- Own clinical quality, QAPI, and infection control
- Keep nursing survey-ready under CMS and ND regulations
- Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team on resident care
- Manage nursing budget, supplies, and agency usage
What we're looking for:
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact eligible
- Prior DON or ADON experience in skilled nursing or long term care
- Working knowledge of MDS, QAPI, and the survey process
- Steady under pressure and good with people
