Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• At least 6 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in psychiatric mental health is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of intensive residential nursing services.
• Collaborate with nursing staff committed to providing quality care to youth.
• Delegate tasks and ensure follow-through on projects.
• Engage with high energy to inspire and guide team members.
• Manage nursing services, including training and education programs.
• Schedule and supervise nursing staff and medical assistants.
• Develop policies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with external providers.
