Schedules:

Compensation:
  • $90,000 /Annually + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off)


Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This role provides an opportunity to use both clinical expertise and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while guiding a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Lead and inspire the nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Oversee all aspects of patient care, including medication management, assessments, documentation, and quality standards
  • Manage and maintain nursing schedules, ensuring effective coverage and strong PRN depth
  • Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development for nursing staff
  • Oversee the Intake Team to ensure patients have a smooth and supportive admission process
  • Implement and manage infection control systems, risk management protocols, and incident reporting procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong nursing skills and stepping in to provide direct care when needed
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as "Manager on Call" and support seamless facility operations
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required


Position Requirements

On-Call Responsibilities: This position participates in the facility's manager-on-call rotation, providing after-hours support on a scheduled basis. The on-call schedule is shared among all managers and includes one designated holiday on-call assignment per calendar year.
