Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant state.
• Two years of supervisory nursing experience required.
• Previous experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living (AL), or memory care (MC) settings is essential.
• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A professional and polished image is expected.
• Demonstrated passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage nursing services in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
• Oversee 24-hour supervision of nursing services and uphold quality care standards.
• Direct nursing department activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assume full responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
• Engage in continuous professional development through mentorship and training programs.
