Full Job Description
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of care plans to ensure the provision of comprehensive and person-centered care.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions, medication administration, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest quality of care.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to the healthcare team, ensuring their knowledge and skills align with current best practices and regulatory requirements to foster a positive work environment.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare services within an assisted living community.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, evidence-based practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  • Monitor resident satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and other means, and make necessary improvements to the resident experience program.
