DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)
Cincinnati, OH
Are you an experienced RN leader looking to make an impact in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team, drive quality outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence in resident care.
What You'll Do
• Lead all nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Mentor and develop nursing staff and leaders
• Drive quality measures, infection prevention, and clinical outcomes
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care
Qualifications
• Active Ohio RN license
• Previous nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
