CMS 5-Star, nonprofit senior living community, is seeking an exceptional
Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical services in our
48-bed private skilled nursing facility. This is a unique opportunity for a

Position Overview: The Director of Nursing provides
clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and person-centered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values.
This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being
visible, engaged, and influential, while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards
- Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-focused culture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for high-quality resident care
This is a
Full-time position.
Required Attributes:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
